Beauty can be simple
|
|
1. It's so still you can hear the fish thinking about jumping.
2. The sky on this day looked like there were holes in it.
3. The moon was still visible in the morning sky.
4. clouds come in all shapes and sizes
5. Spring starts with daffodils in this case wild on the side of a road.
6. Sometimes you can find all the seasons in one picture.

Past Week's Events

One of the events I've noticed happening more and more with the Pictures is people adding poetry or histories
which go along with them. So thought I'd add this Tanka which I see these pictures representing.

1. Nearest airport is a 2 hour drive away. Skies never cease to surprise me.

Week of the Snow

Well it has been and interesting week. However not one of the best
for pictures.

2. Yes North Georgia had a really big snow.

More Lights
|
|
1. We are an area of clouds and Mountains.
2. I also believe we have some beautiful trees.
3. Duchess enjoys digging.
4. Since we moved here 7 years ago. We went from 1 to 3 stop lights
I preferred it when you could spend time on the corner counting out of state cars on a
Saturday afternoon for fun.
5. Two of our neighbors passed by.
6. An Amarylis for you to brighten your day.

Memories

1. Brownie has been missing for a few days with his owners. Then one morning he was back & glad to see everyone.
2..This one is in honor of a friend Dr. Robert Vargo. Who until his recent death taught at California State University of
Pennsylvania. Bob first told me about the lines in this picture being called crepuscular Rays. Sunlight through clouds.
3.Sunsets come in a variety of colors here is one in pink.
4.Hope it isn't too small however called reflections, because clouds can be seen in a small puddle of water.

Hello

|
Try to remember,those of you who aren't married yet try to Marry someone who is smarter than yourself. Then for the rest
of us try to remember to tell the person we married how special they are. Computer problem turned out to be a bad graphic card. Camera was the photographer. I'd some how messed up the settings so the camera froze up. My wife fixed both.
Hope you like this group of pictures
1. Moon in foliage because of lens used may never be as good as I see it in my mind.
2. Not as good ether as I'd like but storm & time of day provided a slight pink cast on this cloud
3. Nice thing about living near water is it can reflect the sky
4. Sky on fire is just a matter of being in the right place at the right time
5. cloud line is an attempt at Black & White

New Week
|

1. Since most people seem to enjoy pictures from dawn & dusk here is an example
2. Clouds have a beauty of there own
3. This plant is my favorite subject
4. My neighbor grew this Holly arch I didn't notice it till I saw arch examples on some of your pages
5. Every place I've ever lived had some feature that stands out. I see Bell Mountain as that feature.
6. All of this was brought to my vision by this lady she is a black Labrador retriever.
